The management and the employees cannot communicate with each other, and most of the people don’t know what to do. Although the clients think that everyone at the branch is an expert, the opposite is true. But for some strange reason, no client will come to it. Additionally, for their ridiculous advice they charge huge amounts of money. In the firm there are unbelievably large piles of administration, bullying and spying on employees.
